I have been a qualified sports therapist since 2008 with a diploma in Sports Therapies.
I have also studied Nutrition and gained a foundation level degree in Sports, Health, Exercise & Nutrition. While studying, I took part in an FA injury treatment
course with a Premier League physiotherapist.
